Pratiksha Pandey is an award-winning social entrepreneur and engineer and currently serves as the CEO of Smart Cheli, a nonprofit organization focused on promoting gender equality in the STEM field. Her efforts were recognized with the Power of Radiance Award in 2020, and she was also named the winner of the Lead2030 Challenge for Quality Education.
