Pratt & Whitney Global E-STEM Award

This is the award by NAEE (North American Association for Environmental Education.Mentored 40 young girls through STEM career guidance, coding, digital skills, communication, and analytical thinking training. Each girl was paired with a STEM industry professional, creating meaningful mentorship pathways that earned Smart Cheli the E-STEM Award.

Implemented a comprehensive national mentorship program with one-on-one mentoring, leadership training, communication skills, technical labs, and design projects to support girls in STEM.
